Work in progressEchoNote is a meeting intelligence tool that turns raw conversations into clear, organized notes, summaries, and action items. It was built to help small businesses or teams to stay focused in the moment while never losing track of what was said or what needs to happen next.
What it will do
- Captures long-form meetings, calls, and brainstorming sessions.
- Automatically extract key decisions, tasks, and follow-ups from the meeting.
- Generates short, readable summaries for quick review.
- Allow every team member to have access to the notes and action items via a shared link or email.

- Next.js & TypeScript for the web experience.

Why I am building it
Most teams under-document their meetings. I wanted a tool that could quietly sit in the background, listen, and produce exactly the information you need afterwards: who said what, what was decided, and what happens next. EchoNote is designed to feel like a dedicated note-taker for your entire team.
1. Capture the meeting
Import audio, video, or let it run in the background. EchoNote ingests the raw conversation and prepares it for transcription and analysis.
2. Extract what matters
According to your settings, AI picks out key themes, decisions, questions, risks, and action items, then groups them into a structure that's easy to scan.
3. Share & follow up
Summaries and tasks can be shared with teammates or copied into your existing tools, keeping everyone aligned without extra admin work.
